Privacy Policy

At Senno, we take the privacy of your information seriously. This page explains what data we collect through this site, why, and who helps us handle it.

The data we collect

We collect the information you share with us voluntarily through our contact forms: your name, email, business or agency, the options you select, and the message you choose to share. If you book a call, we also process the booking details (your name, email, and chosen time).

Why we collect it, and our basis

Your details are used only to respond to your request — to reply, arrange a call, and scope the work you asked about. The basis for this is handling your enquiry and taking steps at your request before any agreement. We also use analytics to understand how the site is used (below).

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (pages visited, source, approximate location, and session recordings). Form fields are masked and never recorded. You can block cookies in your browser at any time; see our cookie policy.

Who helps us handle your data

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and reply to you: Supabase (stores form submissions), Telegram (notifies our team of a new enquiry), Cal.com (call scheduling), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics, only with consent), and Cloudflare (hosting). Some operate outside the EU and handle data under their own safeguards. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for advertising.

Retention

Your data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. To exercise these rights or for any privacy question, write to us at info@thesenno.com.
